Technical Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to meet assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and referrals.

  • Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable products or services aligned with project scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate terms, facilitate deal closures, and coordinate contract signings.

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support sales strategy improvement.

  • Represent Coraline professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in enterprise solutions, technology projects, or related industries.

  • Knowledge or interest in big data, analytics, and AI projects is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in Thai and English.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
