Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

  • Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and preparing HR reports.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Experience in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    Proficiency in HR
    software, G-suite, MS office suite or similar. 

  • Good command of English.
