Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment.

Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and preparing HR reports.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Experience in development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software, G-suite, MS office suite or similar. -
Good command of English.
