Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • DIdentify and prospect potential clients in target industries who can benefit from Coraline services and solutions. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients to demonstrate the value proposition of our services and solutions.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize business development strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand our professional network.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the Big Data Solutions industry.

  • Be able to present effectively to executives at a business level.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and collaborating on projects.

  • Understanding of technologies, data analytics, and data platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and developing actionable plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
