Senior Accounting and Finance Executive
Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Management: Lead and supervise all finance and accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow management.

Banking & Credit Control: Supervise interactions with financial institutions. Monitor revolving funds, track receivables from debtors, and ensure timely payment of debts.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and performance estimates to the CFO and Managing Director.

Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, and mentor finance and accounting staff. Assign clear job descriptions and supervise performance to support company objectives.

Asset Management: Supervise company assets across all departments, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and accurate accounting adjustments.

Audit & Compliance: Close accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting and tax standards (e.g., TFRS/TAS).

Strategic Analysis: Identify and analyze financial anomalies or trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

External Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for internal departments and external agencies, including auditors and tax authorities.
Qualifications

28 - 35 years and above.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Management.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in a management-level role.

Proficiency in using FlowAccount for accounting and financial management.

Expertise in financial planning, accounting, and taxation laws.

Strong ability to analyze and close financial statements according to local tax standards.

Good command of spoken and written English.
