Responsibilities​

​

  • Lead teams to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients 

  • Work closely with the Executive - level Client to help shape the strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps of the Client

  • Define problems concisely, design strategies for propose solutions, and win buy-in the recommendations solution

  • Prepare Technical Proposal, Presentation, Request for Proposal(RFP), statement of work(SOW), Demos, or POCs as needed

  • Conduct workshops, product updates, and product training for client 

  • Work closely with Client and partners to ensure the success of the project and develop long-term business relationships

 

Qualifications

​

  • Master's or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of change management and/or consulting experience 

  • Experience in other related areas such as Data Driven Transformation, Data Analytics and Optimization, Data Governance, Data management, Intelligent Operating Model & Innovation etc

  • Good knowledge of Business process, Data-driven solutions and Digital Transformation 

  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions

  • Strong executive level relationship building skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Able to communicate in English (Speaking, reading and writing)

  • Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements

  • An outgoing personality who has proven to be a good team player

  • Agile methodology mindset
