Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities​

​

• Responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure success of the Data Governance product.

• Responsible for overall development of the data policy implementation frameworks, including structures, processes, tools and policy outlines.

• Define product requirements and key features for the appropriate data policy software development and selection.

• Conduct gap analysis, research, collect feedback and identify user insights to improve and create profitable solutions.

• Create and manage a product backlog and prioritizing work to ensure feature release on time and budget.

• Consult and advise the implementation team to ensure successful product deployment.
  Prepare and manage product related documents and materials, including templates, software demo, reports and presentations.

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

• 2 years of experience in product management, project management or related consultancy.

• Experience in project management or exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles.

• Strong ability to influence multiple stakeholders even without direct authority.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and prioritization.

• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and dedicated to team goals.

• Exceptional cross-functional project management, problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Able to communicate in English (Speaking, reading and writing)

• A good team player.
