Project Manager (Transformation Solution)

Responsibilities

Lead and consult with Enterprise clients (B2B) Transformation Project.
Facilitate project team to develop and implement Coraline’s end-to-end framework, strategy, roadmap, and monitor/report progress for clients.
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, cost, and quality.
Define and facilitate Transformation Project meetings to identify data sources, data users, and data processes.
Facilitate data policies, regulatory compliance, and standards, and monitor governance metrics on the Data Governance Platform with the internal team.
Collaborate with Stakeholders, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Database Admins, DG committee, DG team, and data steward.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology or any related.
Experience in leading a Transformation project or data architecture or data management strategy related.
Strong in people or stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Be highly collaborative, team-oriented, and a strong consensus builder, working with all levels of employees, including senior management.
Understanding of technology solutions (on-premises and cloud).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
3 -5 years of experience in data governance is a plus.
Understand master data, data quality, data dictionary, metadata, and their management tools will be advantages.
Good command of English.
