Solution Architect Team Lead (IT)

Responsibilities

Lead technical solution design activities, overseeing the end-to-end solution development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine solution designs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Define technology requirements and specifications essential for effective solution development.
Advise on the selection of appropriate technologies to meet project requirements and objectives.
Consult, provide expert guidance and advice, addressing technical concerns and facilitating smooth project execution.
Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their technical skills.
Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation for business and development teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development. (experience with Big Data technologies is a plus).
Exceptional knowledge of software design principles and a deep understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem and architecture.
Expertise in container management using Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in designing data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts on cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise environments.
Strong ability to optimize data warehouse and data mart performance through techniques like indexing, clustering, and partitioning.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex architectural issues.
Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Good command in English.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
